Ropeway Consultation

 

We are also providing Consultation services for various Ropeway projects from the starting of the Feasibility study till the issue of completion certificate and fixing of the norms for efficient operation. The various services provided are as follows.

 

i) Preparation of Technical and Financial Feasibility report to accesses the financial benefit of the project.

 

ii) Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR) and fixing the best suitable size and capacity of the ropeway.

 

iii) Preparation of Bid Documents (RFP). A Request for Proposal (RFP) is a document that solicits proposal to start a bidding process, to potential suppliers to submit business proposals as per the INDIAN ROPEWAY ACT.

 

iv) Evaluation of Bid, selection of supplier and preparation of final agreement between the supplier and the agency or company interested to procure the asset.

 

v) Providing Project management consultation for the followings

 

• Review of the Drawings and Documents submitted by the bidder and validating it as per the agreement.
• Review, inspection and monitoring of construction work as per relevant Ropeway Act.
• Review & inspection of the materials to be supplied at site as per BIS / European Standards or as per consignee Accepted Standard.
• Conducting Tests on completion of installation and issuing Completion/ Provisional certificate.
• Preparation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Ropeway as set forth by the various Norms and health for the system.
• Scheduling the dates for calibration of various equipment.
• Scheduling the dates for Non Destructive Testing of various critical items to prevent any chance of system failure.
• Scheduling the dates for preventive maintenance for hassle free operation.
• Regular auditing to ensure that the norms laid down are stringently followed
